Caso 1

Clinical history: A 28 y.o. Guatemalan Male. Presented with nasal discharge and difficulty breathing. By imaging, a destructive lesion was present.

Caso 2

Clinical history: 57 y.o. Male. The patient had multiple teeth extracted with a non-healing socket after 2 teeth were removed from this region. By imaging, there is a 4.5 cm soft tissue density mass that destroys the right mandibular body, with expansion into the oral cavity.

Caso 3

Clinical history: 53 y.o. Male. Presented with a lower lip lesion for about a month, with numbness and firmness.

Caso 4

Clinical history: 79 y.o. Female. Has had several previous biopsies for papillary and verrucous lesions in the mouth. She presents now with 8 lesions, with this sample taken from the buccal mucosa.

Caso 10

Clinical history: 71M with mixed lesions in the mandible, with diffuse borders, without dental alterations, dating 1 month back.

Caso 11

Clinical history: 58M with a normochromic nodule, slightly painful, with fibrous consistency and smooth surface, located in the buccal vestibule, with 6 months of evolution.

Clinical history: 58M, with a painful lesion involving the alveolar ridge, palate, and vestibular ridge region, with granulomatous mucosa, about 3 months of evolution.

Caso 13

Clinical history: 48M, edentulous, with bleeding in a lesion in the anterior region of the mandible, with fibroelastic consistency, and intense telangiectasia. Expansion and destruction of the cortical bones were observed. Mastoid and temporal bone processes were also involved. Two years of evolution.
