Resumo: Paracoccidioidomycosis (PCM) is a fungal systemic infection characterized by a mucocutaneous pattern and mainly affecting males rural workers. The presente study aims report 2 cases of PCM diagnosed with oral manifestation and correlated with microscopic findings after incisional biopsies. The case I, a 81 year-old white man, rural worker during his whole life, presented with complaint of a wound on the lower lip, 2 months progress, without no other signs and symptoms. Oral examination showed ulcerated lesion with granular surface, affecting lower labial mucosa, in addition to associated local extraoral edema. The case II, a 48 year-old man, factory worker with feed handling, presented with swelling and soreness of the mouth, fever, sore throat, and dysphagia, 1 month progress. Oral examination revelead granulomatous ulcerative lesions in labial and buccal mucosa, and hard palate. Both patients confirmed the diagnosis of PCM through Periodic acid-Schiff (PAS) staining on microscopic examination.
