Resumo: Objective: We aimed to provide an experience based on "Teleinterconsultation in Stomatology in Paraíba" app. Study Design: This is a retrospective, cross-sectional, observational, exploratory-descriptive study about the data of the "Teleinterconsulta em Estomatologia na Paraíba" app between May 2021 to Apr 2023. Results: During this period, we have more than 300 dentists registered, occupying more than 50% of the cities of the state. Regarding the cases, 235 cases were reported with a mean age of 44.8 years (range 1-95). Of these, 137 cases (58.3%) were female, and reactive lesions were the most commonly reported hypothesis by the dentists (n=54) and suggested by the consultants (n=49). There was an overall agreement of 53.2% and, in about 10% of the cases, the dentists did not suggest a diagnosis. Furthermore, more than 20 cases was diagnosed as malignant neoplasms through histopathology. Conclusion: The differential of our application consists in the ease of access, and to provide an assistance network. Furthermore, has users in more than 50% of the cities of the state, highlighting the need for tools to provide specialized care to distant areas, and contributing to better public health.
