Resumo: Lymphomas are malignant neoplasms characterized by the proliferation of clonal lymphocytes in lymph nodes and lymphoid organs, which may infiltrate the bone marrow and other organs. Female patient, 61 years old, with a previous history of grade 3 follicular lymphoma with remission, presented with a painless swelling in the region of the hard palate on the right, measuring approximately 4cm in diameter, with an approximate time of 2 months. On extraoral examination, lymph node enlargement was not found. Imaging examination revealed bone loss in the maxillary tuberosity region. An incisional biopsy was performed with anatomopathological exams, immunohistochemistry followed by immunophenotyping, confirming the diagnosis of grade 3 follicular lymphoma. The patient was referred to the hematology service and underwent treatment with a bone marrow transplant. He is currently being followed up, with total remission of the disease.
