Resumo: An apparently healthy 64-year-old female patient presented a nodule in the lower anterior inserted gingiva at the level of 31 and 32, with a sessile base, similar color to the adjacent mucosa with ulcerated areas of months of evolution, an excisional biopsy was performed and sent for histopathological study in which extensive ulceration area was observed, organoid nests of polygonal cells divided into fibrovascular septa, infiltrating tumor islets with remarkable cytoplasmic clearing with clear cell morphology, It was decided to question the patient about a history of renal cancer not mentioned in the clinical history, to which she confirmed renal carcinoma diagnosed in 2020 treated with oral chemotherapy, based on the clinical history, histological characteristics and immunohistochemistry studies, the diagnosis of clear cell renal carcinoma metastasis was issued, she was sent to her oncology center for complete clinical correlation and treatment, currently completing 3 months of management.
