Resumo: Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is a rare type of B-cell non-Hodgkin´s lymphoma. The incidence of MCL in the oral cavity is rare. A 56-year-old male presented to a health service with a 2-years history of palate lesion after a trauma while eating. During the anamnesis, the patient reported being a smoker for 50 years. On physical examination, an asymptomatic nodule with fibroelastic consistency, measuring 2.0 cm, located in the midline and transition between hard and soft palate was observed. The lesion showed erythematous areas and vascular components. An incisional biopsy was performed and microscopic evaluation revealed a diffuse and monotonous proliferation of small neoplastic cells. The neoplastic cells were positive for CD3, CD5, CD20, and Cyclin D1. Ki-67 index was 15%. AE1/AE3, CD34, CD56, c-KIT, TdT, and MPO were negative supporting the MCL diagnosis. The patient was referred for onco-hematological treatment.Support: CAPES
