Resumo: We reported two cases of dentinogenic ghost cells tumor (DGCT). The first, a 55-years-old female, smoker, complaining of a painless lesion in the left maxilla after exodontia. Physical evaluation revealed increase in the left maxillary with buccal and palatal bone bulging. A tomography was requested which showed a hypodense image causing bulging/thinning (BT) of the floor of the maxillary sinus and left orbital. Incisional biopsy was performed and subsequently enucleation of the lesion. The second, a 43-year-old male, ex-smoker, complaining of a lesion in the anterior mandible. Tomography showed a hypodense image causing root resorption of the anterior teeth and BT of the buccal cortical bone. An incisional biopsy was performed compatible with ameloblastoma with dentinoid areas. Subsequently, the lesion was resected which revealed the presence of ghost cells, ameloblastomatous proliferation and dentinoid areas, compatible with the final diagnosis of DGCT. Patients are under follow-up with no relapses.
