Título: UPPER LIP ADENOID CYSTIC CARCINOMA IN A BREAST CANCER PATIENT: CASE REPORT

Resumo: Female patient, 66 years old, melanoderma, with breast adenocarcinoma treated with surgery and chemotherapy 8 years earlier, came to Oral Medicine service with an irregular, smooth and fibrous tumor in upper lip causing elevation of the wing of the nose about a year and a half, having as diagnosis hypotheses pleomorphic adenoma and adenocarcinoma. The incisional biopsy showed epithelial and myoepithelial tubules and cords in a stroma with prominent hyalinization, some cells with round nucleus, scattered chromatin and evident nucleolus, others with closed and hyperchrome nucleus in addition to ductal structures with perineural and intramuscle invasion. Immunohistochemistry, tumor cells has been positive to CK7 and p63; negative to GATA-3, GCDFP15, CERB e estrogen receptor and with Ki-67 proliferation index by 15%, ruling out a breast metastasis and diagnosis as Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma. She was referred for oncologic surgery.
