Resumo: Vascular malformations are characterized by an abnormal formation of veins during the embryonic period and persist throughout life, increasing progressively with advancing age. In this study, we report a series of 5 cases of vascular malformations with oral repercussions. The patients are 4 female and 1 males, aged ranging from 30 and 60 years old, who presented to the stomatology outpatient clinic with lesions spreading over various sites in the mouth, such as the lips and tongue edge. The subjects were treated at the photocoagulation with high power Diode laser. A significant regression of the lesions and absence of signs of recurrence were observed in all cases .
