Resumo: The case report describes three generations of a family affected by cherubism. The first case is a man who was diagnosed at the age of 4 based on his facial features and dental changes. As an adult, he had some teeth removed but did not undergo any radiographic exams. The second case is his daughter, who was diagnosed at around 3 years of age based on clinical findings and confirmed by imaging exams. Oral rehabilitation began at age 21 when growth stopped, and at 30 years old, she still undergoes interventions. The third case is the man´s grandson, a 3-year-old boy who was diagnosed through imaging exams requested by a pediatric dentist.
