Resumo: We present three cases of Medication-Related Osteonecrosis of the Jaw (MRONJ). Case 1: A 55-year-old female presented with oral ulcer and bone exposure in the mandibular trigone, with five years of BetaTrinta® use. Treatment with 0.12% chlorhexidine gel was initiated, with remission of bone sequestration and tissue healing. Case 2: A 66-year-old male receiving Denosumab® for lung cancer treatment presented with necrotic bone tissue exposure and infection in the upper jaw after extractions. Treatment with penicillin and surgery resulted in tissue healing. Case 3: A 67-year-old male receiving Zometa® for prostate cancer presented a fistula in the face and bone necrosis in the oral cavity. Surgery resulted in healing, with minor bone exposure after four months. Removal of bone fragments and closure of the surgical wound led to new healing, with no recurrence after one year of follow-up. The other cases were also followed-up over one year with no recurrence.
