Resumo: A 27-year-old male patient presented at the clinic, reporting the appearance of a painless nodule in the oral cavity for over a year, with a significant increase in volume in the last two months. As part of the physical examination, the patient mentioned using electronic cigarettes and hookah daily, as well as sporadic alcohol consumption. An intraoral nodule was observed on the right side of the soft palate a smooth surface, firm consistency, was approximately 2 cm in size, with coloration similar to the adjacent mucosa. Due to suspicion of malignancy, an incisional biopsy was performed, and the histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of mucoepidermoid carcinoma. The treatment involved surgical resection, followed by 30 sessions of radiotherapy, with a total dose of 60 Gy. Currently, the patient has been under multidisciplinary team follow-up for six months after treatment, with no signs of recurrence.
