We report two cases of oral GVHD. Case 1: A 58 years-old male patient, black, with a 4-year history of AHCT for treatment of acute myeloid leucemia. Extraoralexamination exhibited depigmented areas in the skin. Intraoral examination showed striae-associated whitish plaques, symptomatic, affecting buccal mucosa and tongue, forapproximately 10-months. It was prescribed clobetazol propionate gel for 07-days andlasertherapy. Case 2: A 29 years-old female patient, white, with a 5-year history of AHCT fortreatment of acute myeloid leukemia, exhibited striae-associated whitish plaques and reddisháreas, asymptomatic, affecting the tongue, for approximately 12-months. In both cases, incisional biopsy was performed and histopathological analysis revealed liquenoid patterncorresponding to oral GVHD. In both cases, follow-up of 24 months revealed control of oralmanifestations.
