This study aims to report two cases of oral metastasis of breast cancer, one in the mandible bone, and the other in the lateral edge of the tongue. Both patients were women, in their 40s decade of life, with the diagnosis of breast cancer and already in chemotherapy treatment. The first came with oral swelling in the left mandible bone, and the other one had a wound unhealed for more than 21 days. Both were biopsied, and the samples underwent to immunohistochemical study, which confirmed oral metastasis with positive antibody markers CK7, RE and GATA3. Patients are being treated by oncology and the head and neck team.
