The patient reported the use of Denosumab for two years after the diagnosis of bone and lung metastasis. The initial treatment included analgesia and continuous antibiotic therapy, with remained controlled infection. Ozone gas was applied to the soft tissues around the lesion, and it was also washed with ozonized water, once a week. In parallel, photodynamic therapy was performed with the application of methylene blue and laser photobiomodulation twice a week, for 6 months. After this period, it was observed mobility of the bone segment that supported the dental implants, and the fragment was surgically removed. The histopathological examination revealed bone necrosis. The patient is under follow-up and till this moment, no other local alterations are seen.
