SS was diagnosed with serological tests, salivary gland ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), lip biopsy, ophthalmologic examination. Aspiration puncture was performed in the nodule twice, with inconclusive diagnosis. Partial parotidectomy followed by microscopic examination revealed B cells MALT lymphoma. Case 2: 84 years old woman with dry mouth, reflux, recurrent pneumoniae, and asthenia. SS was diagnosed with serological tests, salivary gland ultrasound and MRI, lip biopsy, ophthalmologic examination. The parotid aspiration puncture revealed Warthin tumor.
