Resumo: This case reports a 21-year-old man with Fanconi Anemia (FA) who 8 years after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) developed oral squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) in different locations. The first lesion was a ulcerated nodule in the lower lip. About a year later, the patient developed nodule on the gum and vestibular sulcus fundus on the right side. In the same year, after the treatment of the lesions, a verrucous tumor was identified in alveolar ridge and palate on the right side. In all lesions, an incisional biopsy was performed, which confirmed the diagnosis of SCC. The diagnosis in the three lesions was considered early, allowing surgical treatment without the need for adjuvant therapies. Despite the short time between the appearance of the lesions, it is believed that all of them are primary tumors, and the patient is being followed up due to high risk of oral SCC.
