Resumo: A 24-year-old black female patient sought dental care due to an ulcerated lesion in the floor of her mouth, with a redish border and necrotic center with 4 months lenght, measuring approximately 2 cm in its largest diameter. The patient has a history of primary angiosarcoma in the foot, with pleural, cerebral, bone, and pancreatic metastases. An incisional biopsy was performed, and histological sections revealed proliferation of neoplastic cells with cellular and nuclear pleomorphism, hyperchromatism, increased nucleus-to-cytoplasm ratio, and aberrant mitoses. The report was suggestive of mesenchymal malignant neoplasia. For a definitive diagnosis, immunohistochemical staining was performed, showing a focal staining for PAN-CK, positivity for CD31, and showed high positivity ERG (erythroblast transformation specific related gene), confirming the diagnosis of metastatic angiosarcoma. Currently, the patient is receiving palliative care.Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES)
