Resumo: Objective: We aimed to analyze satisfaction and usability of the app "Teleinterconsultation in Oral Medicine in Paraíba´´. Study Design: This is a cross-sectional, observational study, performed with 101 dentists registered in the application. Data were collected using a questionnaire through the Google Forms. Usability was assessed by the System Usability Scale (SyUS) and satisfaction by a questionnaire adapted from Oliveira (2016). The data analysis was performed in the SPSS software, using the chi-square test (p<0.05) to verify the association between the variables. Results: The age of the participants ranged from 20 to 59 years (98%), with up to 10 years of graduation (73%), with some specialty (81%), and 73.3% of them were female. The mean usability score on the SyUS Scale (range 0 to 100) was 91.25. Regarding satisfaction, the professionals were satisfied with the application and the support provided. As suggestions, they proposed a database of lesions, chat for clarification of doubts, notifications after the consultant´s interaction, promote training for its use, and expansion to other specialties besides oral medicine. Conclusions The application has been effective and scored high on usability and satisfaction, with the users rating it as very important for their clinical practice
