Resumo: Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common type of non-Hodgkin´s lymphoma and may manifest in the oral cavity. A 23-year-old male patient complaining of pain associated with gingival volume increase and weight loss, with a 45-day evolution, was referred to the Stomatology clinic. On extra-oral physical examination, we visualized facial asymmetry and increased volume of the right cervical lymph node chain. On intraoral physical examination we observed generalized gingival enlargement. Imaging tests (Panoramic, chest x-rays, chest and abdomen computed tomographic and magnetic resonance imaging) and FNAB of the cervical lesion were requested, which suggested large cell lymphoma, confirmed by histopathological and immunohistochemical analysis. The patient was referred for antineoplastic treatment and died 2 months after diagnosis.
