Resumo: Female patient, with a history of chondroblastic osteosarcoma in the right mandible, treated in 2014 with hemi-mandibulectomy (pT1N0M0-EIB) and radiotherapy (60Gy). In 2016, she was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma of the left breast (cT2N1aM0), treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy (Doxorubicin+Cyclophosphamide+Paclitaxel), surgery, adjuvant cycles of Herceptin and Taxol. In 2019 there was local recurrence treated with segmental resection and adjuvant chemotherapy (Docetaxel+Carboplatin and Herceptin). In this year, there was also the confirmation of Li-Fraumeni syndrome, through sequencing of the TP53 gene. In 2022, she presented swelling in the right maxilla, painful and numb. Incisional biopsy showed osteosarcoma for which partial maxillectomy and oropharyngectomy were performed (pT4N0). After 25 days, recurrence was observed (freezing biopsy of the lesion in the nasopharynx) and tumor invasion was identified at the base of the skull through magnetic resonance imaging. The patient was maintained in exclusive palliative care, until death after 145 days.
