Resumo: Sebaceous Adenocarcinoma is a tumor of the skin, divided into ocular and extraocular, most commonly affects the eyelid, being potentially lethal. We report a case affecting a 67 years old male patient. On clinical examination presented a ulcerated skin lesion on the neck extended from the left periauricular region to the body of the right mandible, involving the submental and submandibular triangle to the floor of the mouth, highly hemorrhagic, of strong odor, measuring 10x20cm, friable, hardened, with severe pain and 1 year of development. Incisional biopsy was performed and according to clinical and histopathological findings, the diagnosis was compatible with well-differentiated Sebaceous Adenocarcinoma. The patient was conducted to the reference oncology hospital for treatment.
