Resumo: Female patient, 11 years old, attended the Stage VI clinic in 2020. Present an increase in the left mandible region, with 2 months ago, the patient reported pain on palpation. Radiographically, the lesion appeared as a large radiolucent lesion, with defined edges, circular in the mandibular region between teeth 31 and 35, with a presence of an impacted tooth, and dental mobility. Preoperative exams and cone beam tomography were requested. The diagnostic hypotheses were: Dentigerous Cyst and Keratocyst. We perform an incisional biopsy, together with the extraction of element 73 and cyst marsupialization.The histopathological diagnosis was: Glandular Odontogenic Cyst. The patient continued with follow-up, but in 2021 an increase in the lesion was noticed, where the complete removal of the cyst in a hospital environment under general anesthesia was chosen, the surgery had satisfactory results, the patient is still being followed up, and with no recurrence.
