Resumo: Sialoliths or sialolithiasis are benign lesions, being the most common cause of obstruction and swelling in the major salivary glands. Two patients attended in different dental services are reported. Case 1 is a 49-year-old man without comorbidities came to the dental office complaining of pain, fever and swelling on the left side of the floor of the mouth. Case 2 is a 41-year-old man without comorbidities, referred by a professional due to the presence of a lesion, also on the left side of floor of the mouth, with no complaints. In both cases, a panoramic radiography and cone beam tomography were requested, and the diagnosis was huge sialoliths in the duct of the left submandibular gland, the first with 25X10mm and the second one with 31x15mm. The treatment of choice was the surgical excision, and the patients are under follow-up with no signs of recurrence.
