Resumo: Warthin Tumor or also called papillary cystadenoma lymphomatosum is the second most common type of benign tumor of the parotid gland, representing about 2 to 15% of all cases. A 62-year-old male patient presented a progressive and painless swelling in the left lower face region with 4 years of evolution. The extraoral examination revealed the presence of a 10-centimeter diameter mass, well-defined and firm on palpation. As complementary exams, a magnetic resonance imaging and a fine-needle aspiration biopsy (FNAB) were performed, which indicated the diagnosis of Warthin Tumor of parotid gland. The patient was referred to head and neck surgeon for treatment, however, he returned only after 3 years without clinical evidence of the tumor. Intriguingly, he reported that no surgery was performed, and after FNAB he presented pain, erythema and the drainage of liquid occurred for some days. Following this event, the complete regression of the lesion was observed.
