He evolved with widespread macular and bullous lesions, on the trunk, palms, feet, mouth and peripalpebral region, requiring intensive support. Diagnosis was TEN. Case 2: A 46-year-old male presented pruritic lesions and a nummular macula with a purpuric coloration, five days after the administration of amoxicillin and nimesulide, for a dental procedure. The patient evolved with the presence of hyperchromic blisters that spread genital, oral and palmar region, and flat ulcers. Diagnosis was SJS. The treatment of both included multiprofessional follow-up, corticosteroids, oral hygiene and photobiomodulation. Besides there are no treatment guidelines, a multidisciplinary approach in the management of SJS/NET is mandatory.
