Título: Mc Cune-Albright Syndrome and Medication Related Osteonecrosis of the Jaws: Rare Case Report

Resumo: McCune-Albright Syndrome is a rare disorder that presents the combination of 2 or more classic features: fibrous dysplasia of bone, cafe-au-lait skin macules, and hyperfunctioning endocrinopathies. This study presents a rare case of medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaws in a 29-year-old female patient who had been receiving intravenous zoledronate for 3 years to manage skeletal lesions associated with the syndrome. The patient underwent surgical extraction of her impacted third molars, which resulted in extensive bone exposure, oral-sinusal communication in the upper right area, and oral fistula in the lower right and left areas. Despite four previous attempts to close the oral-sinusal communication, the patient did not experience any improvement. A tomography revealed the presence of osteolytic and sclerotic images with bone sequestra in the areas where the third molars had been removed. The patient underwent surgical management, which included bone sequestra removal associated with platelet-rich fibrin and Bichat´s fat pad.
