Resumo: Oral metastasis of clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) is rare and often associated with poor prognosis. A 56-year-old man was referred for evaluation of a swelling in the left side of the mandible with paresthesia and causing facial asymmetry. A multilobulated lytic lesion on left mandible was observed by computerized tomography. Anamnesis revealed a seven years history of renal carcinoma with kidney removal. An incisional biopsy was performed and microscopical examination revealed a proliferation of neoplastic clear cells arranged in an alveolar pattern with central blood vessels. Tumor cells were negative for CK7 and CK20 and positive for EMA and vimentin. These findings were consistent with oral metastasis of ccRCC. Patient was referred to an oncology service but died two months later. Metastatic ccRCC should be considered in differential diagnosis of intraoral clear cell tumors.
