Resumo: Objective: It aims to identify the prevalence of intraosseous lesions identified with cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) between 2018 and 2020 through a retrospective study. Study Design: The computed tomography scans were analyzed and, based on data from the medical records, a percentage assessment of diagnosed pathologies was performed. Lesions were classified according to their tomographic characteristics and duration. After analyzing the CBCT scans, epidemiological methods were used to obtain data regarding the prevalence of each lesion and its relationship with data regarding the patients. Results: A survey of 309 medical records of patients who used the cone beam tomography service were carried out, of which 89 (28.8%) had one lesion, and 10 patients (3.23%) had more than one lesion, totalizing 99 tomographic findings. It was possible to analyze the site of incidence and type of lesion. Conclusion: It is concluded that the alteration with the highest prevalence was bone rarefaction and inflammatory cysts, and the presence of benign lesions was exclusively present, with malignant lesions not being detected. 59.55% of the tomographic findings were in the maxilla. Odontogenic tumors showed a high prevalence and females were the most affected, with a general mean age of 31.8 years.
