Resumo: We present three cases of Bell´s palsy (BP) that were successfully treated with Low-Level Light Therapy (LLLT) (780 nm, 70 mW, E=9J). Case 1, a 52-year-old woman with diagnosis of BP severity grade V was treated with drugs and seven LLLT sessions, resulting in the reduction of BP severity to grade II in 21 days. Case 2, a 37-year-old man with a diagnosis of BP severity grade V completed 24 LLLT sessions, which decreased BP severity to grade II in 4 months. Case 3, a 40-year-old man who complained of facial paralysis was given medication for BP severity grade V and eight LLLT sessions, which decreased BP severity to grade I in one and a half months. LLLT was beneficial in these circumstances, notably restoring patients´ functions, facial expressions, and aesthetics, improving patients´ quality of life in a short period of time.
