Dear SOBEP colleagues,
It is with great satisfaction that, on behalf of myself and the entire SOBEP Board of Directors, I invite you all to join us in our 47th SOBEP Congress, which will take place in the charming Tiradentes, bucolic and historic city of Minas Gerais, where we will be able to enjoy the famous hospitality of the people of Minas. General, in addition to the beautiful landscape and unforgettable cuisine.
The local Organizing Committee, coordinated by its president, dear Prof. Dr. Ricardo Santiago Gomez, is working tirelessly for our first in-person conference, after the improvement in the epidemiological situation of the COVID-19 pandemic.
We will follow all the recommendations of the health authorities for the moment and we will have an exceptional scientific program, in which we will have our traditional sessions, with the participation of renowned national and international guest professors, all of which are big names in the specialties they represent.
With very well-planned scientific and social activities, we will certainly live an intense exchange of experiences and enrich our knowledge. Even more after two years so complex and difficult for everyone, in which the COVID 19 pandemic forced us to hold only remote meetings.
We had excellent distance activities, it's true. Without a doubt, the pandemic made us grow as a group and as a scientific society, led by our dear Profa. Dr. Manoela Domingues Martins, who brilliantly presided over us from 2018 to 2021, and to whom we are very grateful.
But I am sure that we are all very much looking forward to a face-to-face conference and, in Tiradentes, we will have the opportunity to satisfy our long-awaited activities and our dear SOBEP friends.
Undoubtedly, we will have an unforgettable congress.

Dear congressmen,
It is with great joy and satisfaction that we welcome the participants of the 47th Brazilian Congress of Stomatology and Oral Pathology, in the city of Tiradentes, between the 12th and 15th of July 2022.
Due to the pandemic, in the last two years, this online event, in previous years, was important and left the incorporation of new teaching tools and methodologies as a legacy. On the other hand, our presence will be an excellent opportunity to rescue social and scientific ties.
To this end, the organizing committee sought to value diversity in all its dimensions, thus bringing a very varied scientific program. With this, we seek to rescue successful experiences in other events, such as Chopp com Ciência, without failing to honor the presentations of clinical cases, CPC, image seminars, histopathology and hospital dentistry slides.
In 2022, we hope to see you again in Tiradentes!
